Public Class

A person with long dark hair, wearing a black shirt, sitting cross-legged on a patterned rug inside a room with large windows, surrounded by metallic singing bowls of various sizes, engaging in a sound therapy session.

Our public classes are an invitation to practice in community. These offerings are open to all levels and designed to create a shared space of breath, stillness, movement, sound, and deep listening.

We are collaborating with PS21 Center for Contemporary Performance in Chatham, Hudson Valley to bring the sound to the community every Sunday at 10:30am

Private Offerings

Private offerings are designed for individuals, couples, families, small groups, companies, brands, retreat centers, and creative gatherings who want a more intimate or customized experience of Empty Space.

We bring sound meditation, yoga, breathwork, and ritual into private homes, retreat spaces, workplaces, hotels, cultural spaces, and special events throughout the Hudson Valley, New York, and beyond.

Private Sound Meditation

Private sound meditation sessions are immersive experiences of breath, stillness, and sound. These sessions are ideal for individuals, couples, families, private groups, retreats, brand gatherings, and special occasions.

Each session is created with care and include breathwork, vocal tuning, guided meditation, and overtone rich instruments to support rest, presence, and deep listening.

Private Yoga with Alex

Private yoga sessions with Alex Artymiak are designed for students who want more personal attention, depth, and consistency in their practice. Sessions may focus on alignment, strength, mobility, breath, philosophy, or the energetic intelligence of yoga through the body.

Corporate Wellness

Empty Space offers sound meditation, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness experiences for companies, leadership teams, creative teams, and workplace retreats.

These sessions are designed to help people slow down, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and return to work with more clarity and presence.

Brand Collaborations and Private Events

Empty Space creates thoughtful wellness experiences for brands, hotels, retreat centers, cultural spaces, private celebrations, and creative gatherings. Our work can support product launches, intimate dinners, retreats, seasonal events, community gatherings, and meaningful transitions. Each collaboration is shaped around the intention, setting, audience, and atmosphere of the event.

1:1 Mentorship with Alex Artymiak

About Alex

Alex Artymiak is an E-RYT 500 yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher, as well as a sound facilitator. He has been teaching since 2011 and has led over 7,000 classes, trainings, workshops, and retreats around the world.

His path began through surfing and a desire for strength, balance, and flexibility, but gradually became a deeper study of the mind, body, energy, and awareness.

To Alex, yoga is an energetic practice expressed through the physical body. His teaching emphasizes sensation, presence, breath, and inner listening. He is known for guiding students with both depth and directness, helping them refine not only how they move, but how they pay attention.

After years of teaching in studios, teacher trainings, retreats, and online platforms, Alex’s work has become increasingly focused on the way practice lives beyond the mat. The mentorship is a natural extension of that work: personal, honest, steady, and rooted in lived experience.

How It Works

Mentorship begins with an introductory call to see where you are, what you are seeking, and whether this container feels aligned.

From there, sessions may be weekly or biweekly depending on your needs and availability.

Each session is shaped around the student. Some sessions may include movement and alignment. Others may focus on breathwork, meditation, philosophy, personal inquiry, or integration around something happening in your life.

You may receive practices, reflections, or simple assignments between sessions to help bring the work into your everyday rhythm.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is a living conversation between practice and life.
