Events

Empty Space began as an intimate studio in Old Chatham, a room where people came to breathe, listen, practice, and return to themselves. That room held us beautifully.

Now, Empty Space is becoming what it has always been at its heart. Not one physical place, but a way of creating space.

Today, Empty Space is led by Anna Yang and Alex Artymiak through public classes at PS21, private sessions, retreats, brand collaborations, corporate wellness experiences, and future online practice. Wherever we gather, the intention remains the same: to listen deeply, move with awareness, and remember the quiet space within.

Public Sound Meditation at PS21

Join Anna Yang and Alex Artymiak for sound meditation at PS21, a beautiful contemporary arts venue in Chatham, New York. Each session may include breathwork, guided stillness, and an immersive sound meditation with overtone rich instruments.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
