1:1 Mentorship with Alex Artymiak
Yoga was never meant to stay on the mat.
It lives in the way we breathe through discomfort, the way we listen before we speak, the way we meet our patterns, our relationships, our work, our family, and the quiet questions that follow us through life.
1:1 mentorship with Alex is a personal container for those who want to deepen their practice, not only through movement, but through everyday living.
This is a space for yoga, breath, meditation, philosophy, self inquiry, and embodied guidance. A place to be seen, challenged, supported, and gently brought back to what is true.
A Steady Space for Practice, Reflection, and Real Life
There is a moment between what happens and how we respond.
In that moment, there is a practice.
Mentorship is an invitation to study that space with care. Together, you will look at the places where your practice meets your life: your habits, your relationships, your reactivity, your discipline, your longing, your resistance, and your capacity to stay present.
Some sessions may include movement. Some may include breathwork, meditation, conversation, journaling, or inquiry. Some may begin with a question you are carrying in your life and slowly unfold into a deeper understanding of how to meet it.
This work is not limited to yoga postures or physical practice. It is about learning how to practice when life is moving, when emotions rise, when old patterns appear, and when you are asked to respond with more awareness.
It can feel therapeutic in nature, but it is not therapy. It is a practice-based space for reflection, embodiment, and guidance.
This May Be for You If…

What We May Explore Together
Embodied Practice
Movement, breath, posture, sensation, and awareness as tools for listening more deeply to the body.
Yoga Beyond Asana
How the teachings of yoga can become living practices in family, work, relationships, and daily rhythm.
Meditation and Self Inquiry
Developing the capacity to sit with yourself, listen inwardly, and meet what arises without immediately turning away.
Breath and Presence
Learning to use the breath as a doorway into steadiness, attention, and nervous system awareness.
Devotion and Discipline
Building a practice that is not based on perfection, but on sincerity, consistency, and care.
Patterns and Reactivity
Noticing the places where you contract, defend, avoid, or repeat old habits, and learning how to create space around them.
Integration
Bringing insight into action, so the work does not remain conceptual, but becomes part of how you live.
How It Works
Mentorship begins with an introductory call to see where you are, what you are seeking, and whether this container feels aligned.
From there, Alex will work with a small number of students in an ongoing way. Sessions may be weekly or biweekly depending on your needs and availability.
Mentorship can be held in person or online.
Each session is shaped around the student. Some sessions may include movement and alignment. Others may focus on breathwork, meditation, philosophy, personal inquiry, or integration around something happening in your life.
You may receive practices, reflections, or simple assignments between sessions to help bring the work into your everyday rhythm.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is a living conversation between practice and life.
Begin with a Conversation
Alex is currently opening space for a few more mentorship students.
If you feel called to explore this work, we invite you to reach out and book an introductory call.
Come with your questions, your curiosity, and whatever season of life you are in.
There is no need to have it all figured out.
This is a place to begin.
